Welcome to Sivad Studios! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or booking our services.

Services:

Sivad Studios provides professional photography services, specializing in real estate and freelance photography. The services offered and their prices are listed on our website. However, the specifics of each project, including pricing and deliverables, will be confirmed upon booking.

Booking and Payment:

- Full payment is due upon completion of the photography session or before delivery of the final images.

- We accept ZELLE or Cash App. Late payments may incur a [late fee or interest rate].

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

- Clients may reschedule a session with 3 day notice without penalty.

- Sivad Studios reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery of Images:

- Final edited photos will be delivered within 72 hours via an online gallery or download link.

- Any additional retouching requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the images. Extra fees may apply for extensive edits.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

- Sivad Studios retains full copyright of all images created during the session. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal, marketing, or business purposes.

- The client may not sell, license, or redistribute the images without permission from Sivad Studios.

- Sivad Studios reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including portfolios, social media, and website use, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.

Client Responsibility:

- The client is responsible for securing any necessary permissions for photography at the location of the shoot (e.g., property access or permits).

- Clients should ensure that the environment is safe and suitable for photography. Sivad Studios is not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from unsuitable conditions at the shoot location.

Liability:

Sivad Studios is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during a photoshoot. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the images.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of photography services, no refunds will be provided once images are delivered. Exceptions may apply in the case of technical issues or failure to deliver services as agreed upon.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court of Chicago.

Amendments: 

Sivad Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
